General Agreement
By registering an account, accessing, or using any service on the gkk99 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to follow them. This agreement is a binding contract between you and gkk99.
Please read and understand this document before using the service. If you disagree with any section, do not continue using the service — contact our customer support team to clarify.
These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy that form part of the gkk99 service.
Account Registration & Responsibility
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each person may register only one account on gkk99. If duplicate accounts are found, all of them will be suspended. Any funds held in those accounts will be reviewed and a decision made after investigation.
2.2 Accurate Information Required
All information provided when registering must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended and any pending withdrawals from those accounts may be put on hold.
2.3 Account Security
You must keep your login details (username and password) safe and must not share them with anyone. gkk99 is not responsible for any losses caused by a third party accessing your account.
2.4 Account Verification
When carrying out verification, gkk99 may request documents such as a copy of your National Registration Card (NRC) or a statement from your bank / payment account. You do not need to submit these automatically unless requested.
Age Restriction
gkk99 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. We strictly prohibit anyone under the age of 21 from accessing and playing. If age verification is requested and refused, the account will be closed immediately.
Deposits
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum amount per deposit is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the platform.
4.2 Payment Methods
Currently accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.
4.3 Own Payment Methods Only
You must use a payment method registered in your own name. If a third-party payment method (under a different name) is used, the transaction will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.
4.4 Deposit Processing Time
Deposits are generally processed almost instantly. However, please be aware that there may be delays depending on the bank / payment service provider's processing time.
Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount per withdrawal is 10,000 Ks.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is confirmed. Please note that it may occasionally take longer due to verification checks.
5.3 Full Wagering Requirement for Withdrawals
Where bonuses are involved, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made. You can check your progress after gkk99 Login from the account dashboard.
5.4 Own Account Only
Withdrawals can only be sent to your own bank / payment account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus — up to 100,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met.
Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal.
Example 2 — Deposit 220,000 Ks → receive bonus 100,000 Ks (maximum) → balance 320,000 Ks → wagering 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal.
6.2 Bonus Specific Terms
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and expiry terms.
- You can check whether the bonus wagering requirement has been met from your account.
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per account, per device, and per IP address.
- If fraud or duplicate accounts are detected in connection with bonus use, the bonus and winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
6.3 Referral Program
The referring player will receive 5% of the referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per friend. In addition, a weekly commission of 0.1% of the referred friends' valid bets will be earned.
Game Rules
7.1 Bet Amounts
Bet amounts cannot exceed your account balance. Playing on credit is not permitted.
7.2 Game Results
Game results are determined using a random number generation (RNG) system that produces fair outcomes. Results of the games we provide cannot be predetermined by players.
7.3 Technical Errors
gkk99 reserves the right to reclaim any incorrect payout made due to a technical error on the website or in a game. If you notice such an error, please contact support immediately.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform—
- Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses fraudulently
- Hacking or attempting to breach the platform's systems
- Unfair play (e.g., wagering only to claim a bonus and withdrawing immediately)
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Proxy betting (placing bets on behalf of another person without their consent)
- Exploiting the platform to gain advance knowledge of game outcomes
If any of the above is detected, gkk99 may immediately suspend the account and place the available balance on hold pending a full transaction review.
Account Suspension and Restrictions
9.1 Suspension by Us
gkk99 reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons—
- Breach of any of these terms
- Suspicious or irregular activity on the account
- Refusal to cooperate with financial verification
- A self-requested restriction for responsible gaming purposes
9.2 Closure by the Player
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact customer support. You may withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
Platform Limitations
Services, game availability, and bonuses on the gkk99 platform may change without prior notice. gkk99 may—
- Temporarily suspend a service during maintenance
- Remove a game from the platform
- Modify or cancel bonus promotions
gkk99 is not responsible for any gaming losses resulting from such changes.
Personal Data Protection
Your personal data is stored and protected as described in our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and secure data storage methods.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties — except where it is necessary to share with service providers (e.g., payment processors) or as required by law.
